GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

* Julbo.com orders can only be shipped within the United States
* Orders shipping to AK, HI or APO must choose USPS.
* UPS and FedEx will not ship to a PO Box address. 
* When you reach the final checkout page estimated shipping costs will be calculated, and you will be able to select your preferred shipping method.
* Most Julbo.com orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Some delays may occur around holidays, winter storms and other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to make sure your order reaches you in a timely manner.
* Julbo Inc. is the distributor for the United States. As such, we are only authorized to ship within the U.S. If you are outside of the U.S., please look for the Julbo distributor within your country. Those distributors can be found on our international site: https://www.julbo.com/fr_fr/dealer-locator/. Please note, we cannot ship to freight forwarding services. Any order placed shipping to a freight service will be canceled and refunded. 
* All items indicated to be in stock are generally shipped same day if the order is placed before 12 PM Eastern Standard Time. In stock items ordered after 12 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the next business day.

A confirmation email is sent once the order has been entered into our system. Tracking information will be sent once the order ships. If you did not recieve an email, make sure to check your spam/junk folder.

All items indicated to be in stock are generally shipped same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. In stock items ordered after 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the next business day.

IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on hold. We cannot accommodate backorders currently so if we do not hear back with 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.

Julbo has been manufacturing quality performance eyewear products for over 130 years and we stand behind our products. Julbo will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, all sunglasses and goggles for the original owner against manufacturing defects, for the lifetime of the product. Julbo maintains the sole right to determine what a manufacturing defect or failure is.

SCOPE OF WARRANTY:

The warranty will be honored for the lifetime of the product for the original owner. The warranty applies to all types of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. 

This warranty only extends to USA customers covering items purchased in the USA from certified Julbo dealers. It does not cover eyewear purchased through our RX Program. The details of our RX Warranty Program can be found HERE. 

ISSUES COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
  • Temple arms failing at the hinge
  • Temple arms failing at the bend or rubber deterioration
  • Lens delamination or layer separation (not scratched)
  • Defective side shields
  • Goggle strap failure
  • Goggle foam deterioration
ISSUES NOT COVERED:
  • Normal wear & tear 
  • Sunglasses or goggles that are: 
    • Stolen 
    • Lost 
    • Dropped 
    • Crushed 
    • Scratched 
    • Run over 
    • Chewed by human, pet, or wild animal 
    • Any other damage that is caused by the consumer.  
  • Frames that have been intentionally changed, painted, heat-treated, or altered in any way. 
  • Julbo frames installed with non-Julbo custom or prescription lenses  

This warranty only extends to USA customers covering items purchased in the USA from certified Julbo dealers.  The warranty only extends to the original purchaser/owner of the sunglasses. It does not extend to sunglasses that have been acquired via donation.

REPAIRS:
  • Replacement parts for our current and most popular models are available for purchase here: https://www.julbo.com/en_us/spare-parts
  • To initiate the repair process, please fill out the form below. 
  • Julbo will make every effort to repair eyewear per customers’ requests. Requested repairs that are not covered under the Julbo Lifetime Warranty Policy will be performed at the cost of the parts replaced. 
  • Repairs take anywhere between 2-6 weeks. For more information go to our FAQs page.
SCRATCHED LENSES:

Scratched lenses are not covered under warranty. We can replace non-prescription Julbo sunglass lenses for you as long as we still have them available. The cost per lens is set below. Please note, below are estimates and real-time rates may vary.

  • Spectron lenses: $60-70
  • Spectron 3 Polarized lenses: $70
  • REACTIV Photochromic lenses: $160-170

Julbo 90-Day SuperFlow Pro Guarantee: Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

  • The 90-Day No-Fog Guarantee applies exclusively to Julbo ski & snowboard goggles equipped with SuperFlow Pro anti-fog technology and purchased ONLY through the Julbo website (julbo.us)
  • The guarantee is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase as indicated on your receipt.

Guarantee Coverage:

  • If you are unhappy with your SuperFlow goggles after regular use within the 30-day period, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
  • "Normal use" includes typical skiing, snowboarding, and related winter sports activities. Improper use or negligence that leads to fogging or damage is not covered by the guarantee.
  • Proper cleaning and storage are required to prevent persistent fogging and damage.
RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT:

* To initiate a return please follow the link at the top of the page and fill out and submit the form.

* A Return Authorization (RA) number is required to process your return.

RETURN DETAILS:

$10.00 will be deducted from your refund for a return shipping label that we'll issue you.

* Your Julbo Sunglasses and/or goggles must be returned to us in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

* Once we have your RA set up, we will issue a prepaid return label from FedEx. If you do not see that email within one business day after setting up your RA, make sure to check your spam/junk folder.

* Once received at our warehouse, returns can take up to a week to be processed. Once processed you might not see the refund back to the original form of payment for another few business days. 

* Items purchased from any other online dealer other than Julbo.com are not eligible for returns. 

* Julbo does not offer exchanges. If you are looking to make an exchange for a recent purchase, you can return it and reorder something else at your convenience.

Determining What Style Sunglass You Have

Every pair of Julbo sunglasses will have the style name and sku number listed on the inside of the temple arm. The product name is typically listed above the sku number. The Sku number will begin with the letter "J" and will be followed by 7 numbers. If you're having trouble finding this information, please reach contact our Customer Service and they will provide assistance.

Temple Arms

The temple arm connects to the front frame and rests on your ears when you're wearing the sunglasses. All of our sunglasses come with replaceable temple arms, in a variety of materials.

Side and Nose Shields
Certain styles in the mountain collection come equipped with replaceable nose and side shields. These shields will be made from either leather or synthetic materials, and come in a variety of colors.

    Bummer.

    Just ordered my 3rd or 4th replacement pair of side shields for the Explorers. As others have mentioned, they most assuredly fall off/disappear. They also, on each occasion I’ve had to replace them, are not in stock at the US distributor, rendering them non functional for work, backcountry ski guide and mountaineering guide. And, as others have noted, the replacement parts are expensive, 25 bucks a pop. The lenses are excellent. The full package is excellent, when all the pieces are present. However, from a field test perspective, no bueno.

    Stuck in sideshieldverse

    Never can find explorer 2.0 side shields blue anywhere. They fall off easily, they want 40.00 but other companies have them for 8.00; but never blue. Time to change brand again

    While we do our best to keep accessories like side shields in stock, certain colors, such as blue, can sell out quickly or be produced in more limited quantities.     Side Shields

    Ordered a pair of Explorer 2.0 and have only worn them a few times. Ive never dropped them and keep them in a case when not in use. The side Shields have fallen off 3 out of the 5 times ive worn them. The last time i was on a hike and couldnt find one of the side shields. Ive contacted customer service to see if i can get a new set. They told me my color was out of stock but their website shows it in stock if you try and order them. I will submitt another review once we see how Julbo handles this. I truly hope their customer service stands behind the "lifetime"warranty as i really like the glasses.

    Side Shades

    Service reps were great in straightening out my error when I tried to order shades but got eye pieces..

    Problem is no shades in stock and indeterminant when they will be....why the shades popped off my Explorer 2s is still baffling ....not really a secure mounting system.....
