FREE SHIPPING QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum purchase of $100 USD or more (before tax and shipping)

  • Free 3-business-day shipping via FedEx, including Alaska and Hawaii
    (Transit time begins once the order ships and applies to business days only)

  • APO, FPO, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico orders must select USPS as the shipping method

  • Offer not valid on previous purchases or repair orders

  • Orders using promotion or discount codes may be excluded from free shipping

  • Additional shipping methods are available for an added fee

  • Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice


ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING HOURS

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM EST, excluding holidays

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekdays, weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day

  • Transit time is calculated in business days only and does not include order processing time


GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Julbo.com orders ship within the United States only

  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses must select USPS

  • UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses

  • Shipping options, estimated costs, and delivery methods will be displayed at checkout prior to purchase


ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Most Julbo.com orders are processed within 1–2 business days
    (Delays may occur during holidays, winter storms, or other unforeseen circumstances)

  • Julbo Inc. is the authorized distributor for the United States and can only ship within the U.S.

  • Freight forwarding services are not supported. Orders shipping to freight forwarders will be canceled and refunded.


ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

  • A confirmation email is sent once your order is placed

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
    (If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder)


INVENTORY NOTICE

  • Items marked “in stock” typically ship the same day if ordered before 1:00 PM EST

  • In-stock items ordered after 1:00 PM EST will ship the next business day

  • Inventory updates frequently; if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you by email

  • If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be canceled and refunded
    (Backorders are not currently supported)
