Come join Julbo as our Customer Service Representative! We’re located in the Hula building off Pine Street in Burlington. Join our growing team of outdoor enthusiasts. As the Customer Service Representative, you will manage customers relations and support customer sales, resolve warranty and repair issues, answer questions, enter orders and make sure all customers receive quality care. This includes making sure all customer communications, content and reviews on the web and our website all align with a positive brand image as much as reasonably possible. The Customer Service Representative will manage and process warranty and returns from both B2C and B2B customers and you will answer phones and communicate directly to B2B and B2C customers.
