Custom Prescription Orders & Returns
At Julbo’s state-of-the-art Rx Lab, each order is custom-made based on the prescription information and frame selection you provide. Because each order is personalized and created specifically for you:
Returns are not accepted for prescription eyewear
Prescription details must be confirmed prior to order submission; no edits can be made once your order has been submitted
Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, resolutions may include:
Warranty repair or replacement
Prescription remake due to a verified manufacturing issue
Refund of your purchase
Adjusting to new prescription lenses takes time — we recommend actively wearing your Julbo eyewear for 2 to 4 weeks so your eyes have a chance to fully settle in. Returns and refunds won't be processed until that wear-in period is complete. If something still isn't right after that, reach out — your satisfaction matters to us, and we'll work to make it right. Prescription Lens Warranty – 2 Years
All prescription lenses produced by our RX Lab are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right with the way your lenses were made or installed, we'll take care of it.
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects in prescription lenses
Issues related to lens fabrication or installation performed by our lab
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
Scratches, impact damage, or damage occurring after delivery
Prescription changes or dissatisfaction unrelated to a manufacturing defect
If your prescription eyewear is still fully wearable, we'd rather keep it out of a landfill than see it replaced. We carry a range of spare parts to keep your pair in good shape — browse our spare parts page if you're looking to freshen things up. For non-warranty issues, reach out to us at info@julbousa.com and our team will do their best to help.
A few things worth knowing: all prescription orders are built using in-stock frame colors available on our website at the time of purchase, and replacement frames or spare parts are subject to availability. We make every effort to support warranty claims when parts are in stock, but availability cannot be guaranteed once a model or color has been discontinued. Please also note that lenses listed on our spare parts page are non-prescription.

Can I return my Julbo prescription eyewear?
Because all Julbo prescription eyewear is custom-built using your prescription details and selected frame, prescription eyewear is not eligible for returns.
Are refunds available for prescription eyewear?
Refunds are not guaranteed for prescription eyewear. In certain cases, if an issue cannot be resolved within warranty guidelines, a refund may be offered at Julbo’s discretion.
Can I cancel or edit my prescription order after placing it?
No. Once a prescription order has been submitted, it enters our production queue and cannot be edited, modified, or canceled. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing your prescription values, frame selection, and lens choice before submitting your order.
What if something doesn’t feel right with my prescription eyewear?

What solutions are available if there is an issue with my order?

What qualifies for a prescription remake?
Prescription remakes are considered when there is a verified manufacturing defect related to lens fabrication or installation performed by our Rx Lab. Preference changes or prescription changes unrelated to a manufacturing defect are not eligible for remakes.
What is covered under the JulboRx prescription lens warranty?
All prescription products produced by our Rx Lab are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes defects related to lens fabrication or installation performed by our lab.
What is not covered under the prescription lens warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, scratches, impact damage, damage occurring after delivery, or prescription changes unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
Are scratched lenses covered under warranty?
No. Scratches and impact damage are considered normal wear or accidental damage and are not covered under the prescription lens warranty.
What if my issue is not covered under warranty?
If your eyewear is still wearable, we offer spare parts such as temples, frame fronts, and side shields to help extend the life of your Julbos. Spare lenses sold through our spare parts program are not prescription lenses.
What happens if my frame or color is discontinued?
Replacement frames and spare parts are subject to availability. Once a model or color is discontinued, availability cannot be guaranteed.
