Important Notice Regarding Prescription Data

For security and compliance purposes, identity verification will be required prior to processing any request involving prescription data.
Processing of RX Deletion Requests
Once a verifiable request is received:

We will determine whether deletion is legally permissible.

Where permitted, prescription data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Health Information Privacy
Julbo handles prescription information in accordance with applicable U.S. health information privacy standards. If prescription services are fulfilled in coordination with third-party laboratories or optical providers, such parties may maintain separate legal obligations regarding record retention.
