Julbo has been manufacturing quality performance eyewear products for over 130 years and we stand behind our products. Julbo warranties all sunglasses and goggles for the original owner against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. Julbo maintains the sole right to determine what a manufacturing defect or failure is.

SCOPE OF WARRANTY:

The warranty will be honored for the lifetime of the product for the original owner. The warranty applies to all types of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. 

This warranty only extends to USA customers covering items purchased in the USA from certified Julbo dealers. It does not cover eyewear purchased through our RX Program. The details of our RX Warranty Program can be found HERE. 

COMMON WARRANTY ISSUES:
  • Temple arms failing at the hinge
  • Temple arms failing at the bend or rubber deterioration
  • Lens delamination or layer separation (not scratched)
  • Defective side shields
  • Goggle strap failure
  • Goggle foam deterioration
ISSUES NOT COVERED:
  • Normal wear & tear 
  • Sunglasses or goggles that are: 
    • Stolen 
    • Lost 
    • Dropped 
    • Crushed 
    • Scratched 
    • Run over 
    • Chewed by human, pet, or wild animal 
    • Any other damage that is caused by the consumer.  
  • Frames that have been intentionally changed, painted, heat-treated, or altered in any way. 
  • Julbo frames installed with non-Julbo custom or prescription lenses  

This warranty only extends to USA customers covering items purchased in the USA from certified Julbo dealers.  The warranty only extends to the original purchaser/owner of the sunglasses. It does not extend to sunglasses that have been acquired via donation.

REPAIRS:

  • To initiate the repair process, please fill out the form below. 
  • Julbo will make every effort to repair eyewear per customers’ requests. Requested repairs that are not covered under the Julbo Lifetime Warranty Policy will be performed at the cost of the parts replaced.

SCRATCHED LENSES:

Scratched lenses are not covered under warranty. We can replace non-prescription Julbo sunglass lenses for you as long as we still have them available. The cost per lens is set below. Please note, below are estimates and real-time rates may vary.

  • Spectron lenses: $60-70
  • Spectron 3 Polarized lenses: $70
  • REACTIV Photochromic lenses: $160-170

FAQ

Once received at our warehouse, returns can take up to 14 business days to be processed. Once processed you might not see the refund back to the original form of payment for another few business days. 

To initiate a return please follow the link at the top of the page and fill out and submit the form.

$8.00 will be deducted from your refund for returns shipped using a Julbo issued return label.

Once we have your RA set up, we will issue a prepaid return label from FedEx. If you do not see that email within one business day after setting up your RA, make sure to check your spam/junk folder. 

The return processing fee is waived if you choose to ship your return back yourself with your preferred carrier.

Your Julbo Sunglasses and/or goggles must be returned to us in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Including the original sunglass or goggle case.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

The 90-Day No-Fog Guarantee applies exclusively to Julbo ski & snowboard goggles equipped with SuperFlow Pro anti-fog technology and purchased ONLY through the Julbo website (julbo.us)

The guarantee is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase as indicated on your receipt.

Guarantee Coverage:

If you are unhappy with your SuperFlow goggles after regular use within the 30-day period, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

"Normal use" includes typical skiing, snowboarding, and related winter sports activities. Improper use or negligence that leads to fogging or damage is not covered by the guarantee.

Proper cleaning and storage are required to prevent persistent fogging and damage.
