If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Julbo.com, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt.

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT:
* To initiate a return please fill out and submit the form below.
* A Return Authorization (RA) number is required to process your return.
RETURN DETAILS:
* $8.00 will be deducted from your refund for returns shipped using a Julbo issued return label.
* Your Julbo Sunglasses and/or goggles must be returned to us in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
* Once we have your RA set up, we will issue a prepaid return label from FedEx. If you do not see that email within one business day after setting up your RA, make sure to check your spam/junk folder.
* Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
* The return processing fee is waived if you choose to ship your return back yourself with your preferred carrier.

* Once received at our warehouse, returns can take up to a week to be processed. Once processed you might not see the refund back to the original form of payment for another few business days.
* Items purchased from any other online dealer other than Julbo.com are not eligible for returns.
* Julbo does not offer exchanges. If you are looking to make an exchange for a recent purchase, you can return it and reorder something else at your convenience.
