NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The Julbo USA March Madness Backcountry Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Julbo Eyewear, USA (the “Sponsor”), located at 50 Lakeside Ave, Suite 871, Burlington, VT 05401.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. This Contest is void where prohibited by law.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins at 12:00 AM EST on March 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on March 31, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be submitted or postmarked within this timeframe to be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are three (3) ways to enter:

A. Purchase-Based Entry:

Participants will receive one (1) entry into the Contest for every one dollar ($1) spent on sunglasses at Julbo.us during the Contest Period. Purchases of sunglasses featuring REACTIV lenses will earn double entries (i.e., two (2) entries per dollar spent).

B. Newsletter Sign-Up Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

Consumers may receive one (1) free entry into the Contest by signing up for the Julbo USA newsletter at Julbo.us during the Contest Period.

C. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

To enter without making a purchase, participants must handwrite their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3”x5” index card and mail it in a standard envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2025, and received by April 5, 2025, to be considered eligible. Each mail-in entry will count as fifty (50) entries into the Contest. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, delayed, or incomplete mail-in entries.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following backcountry prize package:

  • The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $2,500USD.
  • Prize Conditions:

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other item.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or a component thereof) with one of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.

  • Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  • 6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
  • The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on April 10, 2025. The winner will be notified via email no later than April 17, 2025.
  • If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
  • The official winner announcement will be made on April 20, 2025, via Julbo USA’s social media channels and website.
  • 7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  • Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct.
  • 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • By participating in this Contest, entrants agree that the Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for:

  • Any technical malfunctions or failures of any kind.

  • Lost, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, or delayed entries.

  • Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the Contest.
  • 9. DISPUTES
  • This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Vermont.
  • 10. PRIVACY POLICY
  • Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at Julbo.us.
  • 11. WINNER LIST
  • To obtain the name of the Grand Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

  • Requests must be received within 30 days of the Contest’s end date.
